The Maanikkam Gold Centre Clip is a medium antique hair barrette in matte temple gold. At its centre is a round medallion covered in fine nakshi-style beadwork, with a flower of ruby-red kemp-style stones in the middle. Two engraved peacocks sit on either side, with ruby accents and small flowers at each end. Below, a row of textured gold bead drops moves softly as you walk. The red-and-gold-only colours go with almost any silk saree, from Kanjeevaram to half saree to pattu pavadai. Wear it at the centre of a bun or the top of a braid for weddings, muhurtham, poojas and festivals. It’s a limited drop and won’t be restocked once it sells out.
