Order Dispatch

We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. We're a small, passionate, single-person business — so while we always aim to dispatch on time, there may be rare occasions where unexpected situations cause a slight delay. We promise to keep you informed if that happens, and we truly appreciate your patience and support!


Delivery Partners & Timeline

We've partnered with Delhivery as our primary delivery service, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines can vary depending on your location and pincode.

For locations that are not serviceable by Delhivery, your order will automatically be shipped through Shiprocket, ensuring we can reach as many customers as possible across India. In either case, we'll make sure your order is in good hands.

Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods — these are beyond our control, but we'll always do our best to keep things on track.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to monitor your package in real time and know exactly when to expect it at your door. If you haven't received your tracking details within 24 hours of placing your order, feel free to reach out to us.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We actively track all outgoing shipments to make sure everything goes smoothly. However, if you notice that your package appears to be delayed, stuck in transit, or arrives in a damaged condition — please contact us immediately. The sooner you let us know, the faster we can investigate and work towards a resolution with the delivery partner on your behalf.


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address — including your house number, street, city, state, and pincode — is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

If you realize you've entered a wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to make corrections before the package is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is already shipped.
