Refund & Replacement Policy

At Kaithogai, every order is packed with care. If something goes wrong, we want to make it right — here's how we handle refunds and replacements.


Damaged or Broken Products

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please get in touch with us within 8 hours of delivery. To help us process your request quickly, we'll need:

  • An uncut unboxing video showing the package being opened (this helps us verify the damage)
  • Your proof of purchase — order confirmation or receipt

Once we review and approve your submission, we'll resolve it with a replacement, refund, or store credit — whichever works best for you. Requests raised after 8 hours of delivery, or without an unboxing video, may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.


Wrong or Missing Items

We're sorry if something wasn't right with your order! If you received the wrong item or something was missing, please contact us with your order details and we'll arrange a full refund for the affected item(s) promptly.


Product Dissatisfaction

We take pride in the quality of our products and hope you love your purchase. However, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements due to change-of-mind or personal dissatisfaction. If you'd still like to return the product, you're welcome to do so — please note that return courier charges are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.


Returns in Transit

Please ensure your return is packed securely before dispatch. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping. Your replacement or refund will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
