The Lakshmi Ghungroo Centre Clip is a medium antique hair barrette made in the style of South Indian temple jewellery. At the centre, Goddess Lakshmi sits on a lotus, framed by peacock motifs, open filigree scrollwork and borders of tiny gold beads. Red and green kemp-style stones add colour, and a row of gold ghungroo beads hangs along the lower edge and moves as you do. Wear it at the centre of a bun, a half-up style or the base of a braid with a silk saree, a lehenga or a pavadai. It suits weddings, poojas, temple visits and festivals. It’s a limited drop and won’t be restocked once it sells out.
